Red & Aqua Swap... what I got!

2 meThe goodies I received from the swap. I only know her real name and don't know if she'd want me to post that. My gifts from her are so nice, fun and so very generous. It shows she put so much time, talent and effort into all she did. I just LOVE what I received and am so grateful. Thank you!

Ashley... OMG... That is one of my favorite redwork pattern companies!!! In fact... Her teapot series I made into a quilt, and last year it one first place (people's choice) in it's size category at our guild's annual show! I made my own quilt setting... but the teacups were all Crabapple Hill I've been buying her patterns since she started and I just love her stuff. There are some really nice recipes she includes with her patterns as well. Ashley... you have great taste! :-) Her website is pretty too.

It's too wild how you wrote about it because I just got her Winter Wonderland pattern and as soon as I have the time I'm going to start it. I'm going to a quilt retreat in Montana next week, and it seems fitting to work on it while I'm there!

Oh my gosh, that is a cute site and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that Winter Wonderland pattern. I can't wait til you get it done. I've got some fabric waiting to be made into a Clipper Quilt. The high school "mascot" here is the clipper (ship). Their colors are red and white with a splash of black. :) Gotta get that whipped out, you know, in my SPARE TIME. :)
Dang, girl, a quilt retreat in Montana! You're a travelling fool! I'm jealous. Have loads of fun.
